URBAN TALES SHORT BIO
Urban Tales (a name inspired by the brazilian rock band Legião Urbana), is a Portuguese, Lisbon-based rock metal project, with gothic influences in their sound.
Through the years, the music suffered some changes and was added more styles in the compositions to the original sound. Despite that, the band never lost his identity and the sound of Urban Tales is very recognizable caracteristhic
Formed in 2005 by frontman/producer Marcos César, the band quickly became one of the top metal acts in their native country, Portugal after the Iconic release of their first album “Diary Of A No” which got a world Wide release and several award nominations.
Their discography includes three full-lengths albums and a multimedia single:Diary of a No (2007), Loneliness still is the friend (2011) a 3-song EP, Alive (2008) and Reborn (2018).
The band stopped their activity during seven years after the release of the album “Loneliness still is the friend” (2011), returning with Reborn (2018).
