Queen’s historic 1986 concert at Budapest’s Népstadion marked the first Western stadium rock show behind the Iron Curtain and became a defining moment in the band’s legacy. For its 40th anniversary, the film has been fully restored in 4K from the original 35mm footage, with newly remixed audio from the original multitrack recordings. Queen Budapest will screen in cinemas and IMAX worldwide beginning October 7, followed by 3LP, 2CD, digital, DVD, and Blu-ray releases on October 30.
